Terms of Use

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to bind your business. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information.

You are responsible for all activity under your account. You may invite team members, who must also comply with these Terms. You own your company's data; you grant us a limited license to process it to provide the Service.

4TRADZ is offered as a paid subscription. Pricing and any trial are shown at signup. To comply with Apple's App Store rules, subscriptions to 4TRADZ are not sold as an in-app purchase inside the iOS app; they are completed on our website (4tradz.com), and your subscription is managed directly with us. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current paid period.

The Service lets you accept payments from your clients for physical services using third-party processors (Stripe, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, etc.). Those transactions are between you and your client and are processed by the relevant provider; 4TRADZ is not a party to them.

You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe rights, transmit harmful code, attempt to access data you are not authorized to access, or misuse the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of estimates, invoices, and documents you generate.

The Service is owned and operated by 4TRADZ, LLC. "4TRADZ" and the 4TRADZ logo are trademarks of 4TRADZ, LLC (common-law mark, ™). All software, branding, and content we provide remain our property. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works of the Service, our branding, or our trademarks without our prior written consent. You retain rights to your own business data and uploaded content.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Estimates, analyses, and AI-generated suggestions are tools to assist you; you are responsible for verifying all work, pricing, and compliance for your jobs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 4TRADZ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify 4TRADZ against claims arising from your use of the Service, your data, or your client relationships.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

4TRADZ is a software tool, not a law firm, accounting firm, insurance broker, or compliance advisor. Estimates, invoices, pricing suggestions, AI job scans, and compliance reminders are provided to assist you — they are not legal, tax, accounting, insurance, or business-formation advice. You are solely responsible for verifying compliance with California contractor licensing (CSLB), employment law, workers' compensation, insurance, bonding, and tax obligations, and for consulting licensed professionals as needed.

The Service integrates with third parties such as payment processors, email providers, and cloud storage. We do not control and are not responsible for their availability, security, pricing, or practices. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.

We strive for reliability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend or modify the Service for maintenance, updates, or security. We are not liable for temporary outages, lost data you failed to back up, or issues caused by factors outside our control.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You may cancel anytime from your account or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and no further charges occur. This disclosure is provided consistent with California's Automatic Renewal law (B&P Code §17600 et seq.).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered in California, and you waive the right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration. Either party may bring small-claims matters in small claims court. This section does not prevent us from seeking injunctive relief for intellectual property or security matters.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, internet or utility outages, labor disputes, or governmental actions.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any subscription agreement, are the entire agreement between you and 4TRADZ regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
